Requirements:
 
* Excellent computer and typing skills
* Understanding of internet, ecommerce, and major ecommerce sites (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
* Display excellent computer and typing skills
* Be Friendly and motivated
* Must be a self motivated and dynamic individual with excellent presentation and facilitation skills
* Extremely detail oriented
* Technical competence (understand software)
* Ability to recognize and analyze trends and understand how to react to those
* High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
* Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
* 4 year degree preferred
* Relevant job experience required
 
 
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
 
* Answering phone calls
* Responding to customer emails
* Managing daily business transaction exceptions
 
We are looking for people with all types of experience.  As you will notice our compensation range is pretty wide.  We look at relevant real world work experience as well as level of education and then determine where we think you fall in that range. Regardless of where you fall in the range, we feel that anyone can make an impact at VMInnovations if they are committed to doing so.
 
Available Hours:
Full Time (7:00am- 5:00pm, Monday  - Friday)
Compensation: $30,000-$36,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (9:00am - 7:00pm, Monday – Friday)
Compensation: $30,000-$36,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (5:00pm – 10:00pm, Sunday; 12:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Thursday)
Compensation: $34,000-$40,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (5:00pm – 10:00pm, Sunday; 11:00pm- 10:00pm, Monday – Thursday)
Compensation: $34,000-$40,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (12:00pm- 7:00pm, Sunday; 7:00am- 6:00pm, Monday Tuesday & Friday; Saturday, 10:00am – 3:00pm)
Compensation: $30,000-$36,000 / annual Salary at 43 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
