The Customer Experience Team is responsible for:
-          Communicating with Customers via Phone, Email, and Instant Chat
-          Managing Daily Transactions
-          Managing and  Following up with Customer Feedback
-          Collecting and  Analyzing Customer and Operations Statistics
-          Creating and managing Product Question Database

Requirements for Success:
-          Excellent Computer and  Typing Skills
-          Understanding of Major eCommerce sites (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
-          Self-Motivated and Dynamic Individual
-          Can plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal  direction
-          Detail Oriented
-          Ability to recognize and analyze trends
-          Strong Problem solving  skills and ability to think outside the box
-          Desire to work  with a team of motivated people
-          4 Year degree preferred

Our goal is to provide the best service we can for our customers.   We have expanded our hours to be as available as possible, and therefore have a variety schedules for this position.
 
Available Hours:
Full Time (7:00am- 5:00pm, Monday  - Friday)
Compensation: $30,000-$36,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (9:00am - 7:00pm, Monday – Friday)
Compensation: $30,000-$36,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (5:00pm – 10:00pm, Sunday; 12:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Thursday)
Compensation: $34,000-$40,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (5:00pm – 10:00pm, Sunday; 11:00pm- 10:00pm, Monday – Thursday)
Compensation: $34,000-$40,000 / annual Salary at 45 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
 
Full Time (12:00pm- 7:00pm, Sunday; 7:00am- 6:00pm, Monday Tuesday & Friday; Saturday, 10:00am – 3:00pm)
Compensation: $32,000-$38,000 / annual Salary at 43 hours a week Wage will be re-evaluated after training period is complete based on performance.
